The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to provide pulses and to a beam forming transmitter using the same. The pulse providing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is able to include: a slope signal generating unit which generates multiple slope signals which have different slopes; a signal comparing unit which compares each slope signal with a reference signal; and a pulse generating unit which generates pulses according to the result of the signal comparison.
