The present invention relates to a base film, a laminate, and a manufacturing method for a polarizing film. The present invention can effectively manufacture a polarizing film which has a thickness of 10μm to 5μm or less while having superior polarization performance. The present invention can prevent the tearing and curling during a stretching process and easily stretch polarizing materials such as a PVA resin.
