The present invention relates to a hole transport material, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device comprising the same. The hole transport material can be manufactured by UV-ozone treatment to metal disulfide or ultrasonification. According to the present invention, the hole transport material comprising metal disulfide can be used in a hole transport layer of an organic light emitting diode or an organic solar cell, thereby improving efficiency of a device and atmospheric stability.
