A coil driving device for a transmitter coil of an inductive search sensor system according to embodiments of the present invention includes a reference frequency oscillator that generates an oscillation signal which oscillates at a predetermined reference frequency; a free driver terminal that includes a first driving unit and a second driving unit which are activated by a driving activation signal, are operated to complement each other by the oscillation signal, and output a first driving voltage and a second driving voltage which are complementary to each other; a main driver terminal that is swung within a power supply swing range, has a pull-up driving unit and a pull-down driving unit which are operated to complement each other by the first driving voltage and the second driving voltage, and provides a driving current having a frequency corresponding to the oscillation signal for the transmitter coil which is electrically connected to a contact point between the pull-up driving unit and the pull-down driving unit; and a rise edge slew adjusting unit that is activated or deactivated by a slew rate compensation activation signal which is activated in a case where slew rate compensation is required for the transmitter coil, the driving activation signal, and the oscillation signal and is synchronized with a change in the first driving voltage of the first driving unit of the free driver terminal during the activation so as to accelerate the change in the first driving voltage.
