摘要 The invention relates to grinders of mineral organic stock and may be used in feed mill industry. The technical effect provides a simpler design and higher efficiency by changing roller supports to two bearing supports, thus providing them protection from a contact with particles of ground material from a grinding chamber. To achieve it a proposed grinder comprises case with cylindrical grinding chamber (1), end covers (20, 21) closing the grinding chamber from both sides, openings (4) and (5) for product loading/unloading arranged correspondingly atop and at the bottom of the case. A grate (6) is mounted in the unloading opening (5). Drive element (7) and driven element (8) with grinding teeth are arranged inside the grinding chamber, forming tooth gear. Drive element 7 and driven element 8 with grinding teeth are arranged inside grinding chamber. Driven element (8) is composed of a hollow cylinder with openings (9) and arranged coaxially in a cylindrical grinding chamber (1) adapted to rotate and furnished with inner gearing teeth (11) formed by lateral surfaces of adjacent openings (9). Drive element (7) is composed of a pinion shaft and arranged at the grinding chamber bottom to run eccentrically in two bearings (13). A novel feature is characterized in that the driven element (8) runs in the grinding chamber in bearings (10) fitted on its ends. Bearings (10) are protected against contact with ground particles by annular nipples (14) arranged ahead of bearings (10) at the driven element (8) that feature OD increased relative to that of driven element. The case is sectional along the horizontal plane of the grinding chamber and consists of upper (2) and lower (3) parts. Reciprocal broadenings (15) for annular nipples (14) are made in the upper part (2) of the grinding chamber case, wherein through grooves (16) for annular nipples (14) are made in the lower part (3) of the grinding chamber case. Through grooves (16) are closed from outside the case by inserts (18) provided by inclined guides (19) arranged in through grooves (16). The discharge opening (5) for finished product is stepped. The grate (6) is arranged at a top smaller step while the bottom step (17) is diverged and recessed to intersection with through grooves (16).
