The present invention relates to a method of depositing a material on an insulator by using an electrostatic spray method, performing a preliminary process on the surface of the insulator with a conductive solution in order to perform an electrostatic spray method. When the electrostatic spray method is performed on the insulator coated with the conductive solution, deposition even on a material on which slurry cannot be deposited is possible, deposition costs can be reduced by controlling the amount of diluent, and deposition time can be greatly reduced.
