Disclosed are a system and a method capable of providing various functional facility services necessary for life and a social safety network application at the same time. To this end, a system according to the present invention includes a smart pad which recognizes an activated bluetooth tag approaching into an area based on information about an MAC address of the bluetooth tag; a cloud server for matching and registering event situation information, individual information, telephone number information and MAC address information of the bluetooth tag for first and second users having the bluetooth tags as user composite information, respectively, and providing the user composite information to the smart pad in response to a request of the smart pad; and a portable terminal of the second user for receiving emergency situation information and location information of the first user sent from the smart pad through the cloud server when the smart pad confirms that the event situation information included in the user composite information represents an emergency situation such as lost child search. |
