The present invention relates to a polypropylene master batch including polyurushiol and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing polyurushiol powders for solving allergy problems by polyurushiol of lacquer extracts and manufacturing a polypropylene master batch by mixing the polyurushiol powders with polypropylene and silica. The polypropylene master batch including polyurushiol and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are able to provide polypropylene products capable of exhibiting the antibacterial activity, mothproof activity, antisepsis, antifungal properties and atopy care without allergic reactions by providing the optimal manufacturing method for the polypropylene master batch including polyurushiol which is a main ingredient of lacquer.
