摘要 The present invention provides a mobile device for long-term monitoring of visual and brain functions comprising a carrier (F) that carries a generator (D) and a source (A) of visual stimuli in the form of light emitting diodes that are arranged such that the source (A) of visual stimuli is at the edge of the field of view of the stimulated person, when the device is attached to the head thereof, and further comprising a control and registering unit (C) with scanned signal amplifiers, an A/D converter, and an evaluation microprocessor or a bidirectional data interface (B), wherein the stimulation LEDs are LEDs with angle of radiation at least 80 degrees and with variable brightness. The invention is characterized in that the LEDs are mounted in the carrier (F) by using fixing plates with contact surface grinding angle in the range of 60 to 80 degrees, and the carrier (F) is provided with two to four active dry flat electrodes (E) for sensing visual evoked potentials wherein the electrodes are arranged such that after putting the carrier on, they fit tightly to hairless front portion of the stimulated person head.
