The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet and an adhesive sheet manufactured by the method. Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet which comprises the steps of: coating ink on a separation substrate and contacting the same on a concave plate to remove unnecessary ink to form a pattern on the separation substrate; coating and drying an adhesive on the separation substrate having the pattern formed on; and transferring the pattern and adhesive on the substrate and removing the separation substrate.
