<p>The present invention relates to a water mattress and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a water mattress, which prevents water from leaking through the fused surface of the water mattress and a mattress cover, improves the restoring force of a mattress inner material, and removes chemical odors from the mattress cover. The water mattress according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a mattress cover which is composed of upper and lower mattress covers to form a water storage space inside; an inner material which is embedded in the mattress cover and is formed by stacking cottons having bottoms coated with PE films having multiple water flow paths; an inlet port which is formed on one side of the mattress cover to inject water into the mattress cover; a drain port which is formed on one side of the mattress cover to discharge the water from the mattress cover; and a heating pad which is formed in the mattress cover to heat the water inside the mattress cover.</p> |
