The present invention provides an insulating structure for preventing a heat bridge and a window system with the same. The insulating structure for preventing a heat bridge is provided between structural frames to prevent thermal conduction. The insulating structure for preventing a heat bridge comprises: a fixing part including a first fixing member and a second fixing member, which are installed to be spaced apart from each other, and connected to the structural frames; an insulating member installed between the first and second fixing members, and fixed by the fixing part; and a plurality of reinforcing members installed in the insulating member to penetrate therethrough in a longitudinal direction, and provided to connect the first and second fixing members with each other, improving the structural performance.
