Provided in the present invention is a hydrogen fuel converter which includes a photocatalyst; a container storing a liquid organic compound, and having a reaction of generating hydrogen through dehydrogenation photo-oxidation from organic compounds; and a discharging means of hydrogen fuel. Moreover, provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing hydrogen, which includes the step of generating hydrogen on a desired point or in a desired capacity by performing or stopping reaction of generating hydrogen from an organic compound through light radiation and light blocking under the presence of the photocatalyst. |
