<p>Disclosed are an apparatus for preparing a coolant additive for a vehicle, and a preparation method using the same, wherein the apparatus includes an airflow mill. An apparatus for preparing a coolant additive for a vehicle according to the present invention includes a means for performing an airflow milling process, a liquid separating means, a mixing means, a means for performing a low temperature plasma process, and a rapid cooling means. Here, the means for performing an airflow milling process includes a mill housing; a hopper disposed at an upper end portion of one side of the mill housing, and introducing minerals into the mill housing; a rotor blade disposed inside the mill housing, and rotating about an rotation axis, to mill the introduced minerals; and a powder storage box storing the mineral powder milled by the rotor blade.</p> |
