A recirculating aquacultural tank in the present invention is characterized by comprising a cultural tank body including a waste matter outlet hole (350) on the center of the bottom and including an inlet opening having supernatant flow in on one side and an outlet opening on the other side; an inflow control plate (314); and an discharge control plate (324). The recirculating aquacultural tank according to the present invention can efficiently use supernatant by supplying enough oxygen to the bottom. Moreover, the tank in the present invention can easily collect excrement and untaken feed waste in the cultural tank to a central outlet hole of the agricultural tank by rotation to discharge. In addition, the present invention can form an optimal survival environment for a fish raised by using an airlift device unlike an existing technology.
