FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: test bench for investigation of energy exchange at destruction of mine rocks includes a supporting frame, a grip for a specimen and a grip for a counter-specimen, which are arranged in it, a jack for mutual pressing of specimens, the stock of which is connected to the specimen grip, a jack for mutual movement of specimens, the stock of which is connected to the counter-specimen grip. The test bench is provided with two pushers for arrangement between the corresponding stock and the grip along the stock axis, a lever arranged between end faces of the pushers and a load exciter connected to the lever. Besides, the test bench is also equipped with replaceable gaskets for arrangement between the lever and the pushers differing by stiffness and/or a value of their size along the lever axis.EFFECT: performance of energy exchange tests at destruction of mine rocks under new conditions both at smooth variation and at impact or cyclic excitation of pressing and offset surcharges at variation of stiffness and limits of variation of excited surcharges, which enlarges functional capabilities of a test bench.2 cl, 1 dwg |
