FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: children alimentation product contains at least one food ingredient chosen from the group consisting of vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, eggs, beans, aromatic herb, nuts and any their combination, a composition of hydrolysed whole grains, ?-amylase or its fragment. ?-amylase or its fragment in an active condition has no hydrolytic activity with regard to food fibres.
