FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the insulating formed part for thermal insulation of building construction elements and its method of manufacture. Part consists of the upper part and lower part. Both parts are designed as integral moulded article with cavities inside. Cavities are designed as chambers hermetically isolated from each other. At the first processing stage during moulding under pressure, the composite material of the upper part with impurities from natural materials or reused material, is loaded into the first mould box. At the second processing stage during formation of meltable matrix, the composite material of the lower part with impurities from natural materials or recycled material, is loaded into the second mould box. The second mould box contains the matrix to be melted with individual melting capsules, which are joined with the outer side via the openings in the second mould box. After the second processing stage, the melting capsules are melted out to form the individual chambers.EFFECT: invention provides creation of formed parts, having good insulating capability and high stability.16 cl, 5 dwg |
