摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a pipe machining system, comprising: a hydraulic chuck to which a pipe material is attached and which is formed to rotate the pipe material; a hydraulic vibration preventing tool located at the other side of the pipe material to fix the pipe material; a deep hole tool including a cutting tool provided to the end thereof; a deep hole tool for fixing the deep hole tool; a moving tool connected to the deep hole tool to move the deep hole tool to the left and right; a main shaft controller for controlling the rotation speed of the hydraulic chuck; and a moving tool controller for controlling the moving speed of the moving tool. The deep hole tool has a diameter of 6 to 500 mm so as to enable manufacture of pipes in various sizes, and a high-pressure pump is provided to one side of the moving tool to reduce cutting heat during a pipe processing work and discharge cut material generated during the processing work. The main shaft controller and the moving tool controller control the rotation speed and moving speed according to the size and material of the pipe material, and the hydraulic vibration preventing tool and deep hole tool hydraulic vibration preventing tool increase out of roundness, rectilinear propagation and fixation rate.</p>
