A fire and blast wall system and an operation method thereof are disclosed. The fire and blast wall system includes a fire and blast wall segmented into a plurality of areas and accommodating fluid in the inner space thereof; a flow management unit which manages the fluid flow in the inner space of the fire and blast wall; and a control unit which controls the flow management unit to individually control the fluid flow by distinguishing the fluid flow into close loop and open loop based on the temperature of the fluid accommodated in the inner space of the fire and blast wall.
