The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable film including a copolymer polyester resin having excellent shrinkage and capable of being shrunken at a low temperature. The heat shrinkable film according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a dicarboxylic acid-derived residue derived from aromatic dicarboxylic acid; and a copolymer polyester resin including a residue derived from 4-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexylmethyl4′-(hydroxymethyl) cyclohexanecarboxylate represented by Chemical Formula 1 and a diol-derived residue derived from 4,4- (oxybis(methylene)bis) cyclohexane methanol represented by Chemical Formula 2.
