A peripheral frame (3) carries the units and delimits a central opening (30). A fixed panel (4) closes the opening, and is assembled with the frame in an irreversible manner. A tarpaulin (2) has a removable panel (20) covering the fixed panel and assembled with the frame by reversible assembly units so as to allow an interchangeability of the removable panel. The frame and the removable panel are made of flexible materials. #CMT# : #/CMT# The fixed panel is chosen from a wired or non-wired net, a wired or non-wired and perforated or non-perforated fabric, and a wired or non-wired and transparent or translucent flexible material. The flexible material forming the removable panel is chosen from a transparent or translucent wired or non-wired flexible material, an opaque or semi-opaque wired or non-wired material, a perforated or non-perforated fabric and a net. The flexible material forming the frame is chosen from a transparent or translucent wired flexible material, an opaque or semi-opaque wired or non-wired material, a perforated or non-perforated fabric and a wired net. The reversible assembly units are chosen from rings to be engaged with hooks, self-gripping bands, zippers (RTM: slide fasteners), and press buttons. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Cover for a basin such as swimming pool (claimed) e.g. buried swimming pool, to regulate temperature of water and avoid evaporation of water, to avoid fall of a person or an animal and introduction of impurities e.g. leaves, into the water, and/or to prevent photosynthesis of algae to limit the development of the algae in the absence of chemical treatment. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The construction of the cover enables separating the functional elements such as hardware elements e.g. tensioning and stowing units, or fittings embarked on the peripheral frame, from the tarpaulin, so that the removable panel forming the tarpaulin can be separated from the frame for being replaced by another removable panel made of flexible material of different nature, or by a new removable panel in case of wear of the former removable panel, by a single person, without requiring the disassembly and re-assembly of the hardware elements, thus reducing the cost for a user, and simplifying the cover maintenance operations. The reversible assembly units enable changing the structure of the tarpaulin according to the needs or desires of the user and seasons.
