摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a nucleic acid sequence with sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, and to the use of same for analysing human genomic DNA, in particular as a universal internal calibrator. It also relates to a method for in vitro analysis of the variation in the genomic quantity of a target gene, and to the use of said method for various applications: for assessing the quality of a sample of human DNA, carrying out a molecular analysis of a tumour, determining the effect of a substance or a physical and/or biological treatment on the number of copies of a target gene in a sample, finding, in a substance screening test, those which positively or negatively regulate said number of copies of target genes, or carrying out a tumour screening test. The present application further relates to a human genomic DNA analysis kit comprising, in particular, sense and antisense primers for amplifying the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and a fluorescent probe for quantifying the SEQ ID NO: 1 amplicons produced.</p>
