The present invention relates to an apparatus to remove foreign substances on the surface of a strip without power comprising: a compressed air generating member (110) installed to be in contact with the outer diameter of a roll (B) to generate compressed air by receiving rotational force of the roll (B); and multiple spraying nozzles (120) to spray compressed air to the upper side and the lower side of a strip (A) by being connected with the compressed air generating member (110). The compressed air generating member (110) includes: a driving roller (111) installed to rotate by being in contact with the outer diameter of the roll (B); a crank shaft (113) installed to be rotated by receiving rotational force of the driving roller (111); an interlocking bar (114) installed in one side of the crank shaft (113) to move eccentrically; a cylinder (115) connected with the interlocking bar (114), and formed to allow a rod to reciprocate forward and backward; and a tank (116) to supply the fixed amount of compressed air to the spraying nozzle (120) by storing the compressed air generated in the cylinder (115). The present invention has an effect of removing foreign substances which remain in the surface of the strip by generating compressed air without power by using rotational force of the roll. Moreover, the present invention has an effect of increasing the application range, and the use efficiency as separate power is not required. Moreover, the present invention has an effect of improving the convenience for use as an operating noise and vibrations of a motor operated to generate compressed air are not generated. |
