In a dual receptacle, a single plug and a dual plug are selectively combined. The dual receptacle includes a protrusion part which is formed with a step shape and includes a plurality of first conductive contacts in a first step and a plurality of second conductive contacts in a second step, and a receptacle housing which surrounds the protrusion part and includes a first housing member which surrounds the first conductive contacts and a second housing member which surrounds the second conductive contacts. The second housing member is formed in a shape corresponding to the outer appearance of the single plug. A fixing protrusion to fix the single plug is formed on the first housing member.
