Provided are a device for shouldering an object and an X-type baby carrier using the same. The device for shouldering an object comprises: a support case which is formed to support an object; a pair of straps which are connected to the support case and form an X-shape when coupled to each other; and a buckle assembly which is formed to couple the straps to each other and connects the top of each strap to the bottom to be turned.
