A display device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate, a signal line which includes a gate line, a data line, and a driving voltage line which are formed on the substrate, a transistor which is connected to the signal line, a first electrode which is formed on the signal line and the transistor and is connected to the transistor, a pixel defining layer which is formed on a first part of the first electrode and is formed on an overlap region of the signal line and the transistor, an organic light emitting layer which is formed on a second part excluding the first part overlapping the pixel defining layer among the first electrode, and a second electrode which is formed on the pixel defining layer and the organic light emitting layer. |
