<p>The present invention relates to a vehicle smart key security apparatus and method for preventing hacking due to dispersion of radio signals by wirelessly controlling a vehicle using long-distance control using radio signals and short-distance control using optical signals, which comprises: a smart key that generates vehicle identification number information as a UHF (Ultra High Frequency) signal and transmits the UHF signal when a vehicle door open button is selected, and transmits smart key password information as an optical signal in response to an LF (Low Frequency) signal; and a vehicle controller that generates and transmits the LF signal for requesting the smart key password information according to whether the vehicle identification information corresponds to a UHF signal upon reception of the UHF signal, and controls opening and closing of the vehicle door according to whether an optical signal is received.</p> |
