MULTI-LAYER ANTIMICROBIAL FILM AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a multi-layer antimicrobial film and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a multi-layer antimicrobial film with an outstanding antimicrobial effect on which an antimicrobial agent is properly dispersed, and a manufacturing method thereof comprising the steps of: (a) mixing 25-50 wt% of the antimicrobial agent with 75-50 wt% of raw powder of a resin, heating the same between 300-400°C, then melting the same and accordingly manufacturing pellets; (b) mixing 70-90 wt% of the raw powder of the resin with 10-30 wt% of the pellet, heating and extruding the same and accordingly manufacturing an antimicrobial film; and (c) manufacturing a multi-layer antimicrobial film by laminating the resin film on the manufactured antimicrobial film. The multi-layer antimicrobial film of the present invention has an outstanding antimicrobial effects and transparency, thereby being used in various fields like a package sheet for food, keyboards, remote control buttons, dinnerware, cutting boards, toilet seats, and floor materials or wall materials on bathroom and washstand.
