A video correcting device, which corrects a synchronized video and a non-synchronized video, is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the video correcting device includes: a receiving unit receiving a first input video filming of an object with synchronized time, and a second input video which detects a motion event of the object without the synchronized time; and a correction unit which corrects the first input video and the second input video. The correction unit matches one frame among event timing included in the second input video and a plurality of frames for the first input video to correct time information of the first input video and the second input video.
