<p>Provided is a cooling mat which uniformly maintains cold air for a long continuous time and improves far-infrared ray or anion emitting effects. The cooling mat is formed by filling a mat with filler including super absorbent polymer, glycerine or propylene glycol, preservative, loess powder, and the remainder consisting of water and bonding the mat through high-frequency.
