<p>A column decoder includes: a control signal generator, a power supplier, and a column selection signal generator. The control signal generator generates a control signal enabled from a write operation time or read operation time to a burst length end time. The power supplier generates a supply voltage from a power voltage in response to the control signal, wherein a level of the supply voltage is controlled according to the control signal. The column selection signal generator operates by receiving the supply voltage, and generates one among column selection signals, which is selectively enabled according to a combination of a high-order address, a mid-order address, and a low-order address which are generated by decoding column addresses.</p> |
