摘要

The present invention relates to a barge mounted with a power plant which is used for power generation. The barge mounted with a power plant is utilized as coal storing facility of coal combustion power plant by storing coal in the space to be used for the buoyancy of the barge. A coal transfer device is installed in a part of the space to prevent dust flying away to the atmosphere.
