The present invention provides a graft copolymer including a polyolefine main chain of a block copolymer of ethylene/α-olefine/nonconjugated diene and a styrene polymer graft chain branched from the nonconjugated diene of the main chain and represented by the following Formula 1. [Formula 1] In the above Formula, R^1 is a linear or branched alkyl of C1-C20; R^2 is a linear or branched or cyclic alkyl, aryl or aralkyl of C5-C20; R^3 is H or a linear or branched alkyl of C1-C10; and l, m, n and o are each independently an integer of 10-10,000.
