The present invention relates to substituted food for diabetic patients, and a manufacturing method of a composition for that, and, more specifically, to a composition for substituted food, which includes dried powder of agricultural products such as dried brown rice powder, dried millet powder, dried kale powder, etc. as a main ingredient, and adds functional substances having the blood glucose level regulating function, such as an extract of guava leaves, agave inulin, etc. so as to prevent and alleviate diabetes mellitus. |
