<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficient amount of information for rescue activities by a local government, fire bureau or the like at a region where a plurality of buildings are under a congestion state when a large-scale earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: The communication system stores at least one of an identifier provided for a terminal and positional information including a location altitude of the terminal and, when a predetermined signal is input, determines the number of the terminals located at a predetermined altitude of a predetermined building, using the stored identifier and positional information, and displays the number of the terminals for each of the predetermined building and the predetermined altitude.</p> |
