PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce storage of an unnecessary charge.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a driving circuit comprising a logic circuit having a depletion type first transistor and an enhancement type second transistor; a signal line electrically connected to the driving circuit; a pixel unit including a pixel of which a display condition is controlled by input of a signal serving as pixel data from the driving circuit through the signal line; a reference-voltage line to which voltage working for reference is applied; and a depletion type third transistor to control conduction between the signal line and the reference-voltage line. The first transistor to the third transistor comprise an oxide semiconductor layer having a channel-forming region.
