(a) a first porous surface; (b) a second porous surface; (c) a porous bulk between the first porous surface and the second porous surface, wherein at least the first surface comprises a particle coating, the particles in the coating having a Critical Wetting Surface Tension (CWST) of about 25 dynes/cm (about 2.5×10−2 N/m) or less.
