PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing off-target spray drift during the application of agrochemicals to thereby reduce influence on the surroundings.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method of reducing spray drift during the application of agrochemicals by incorporating 0.01 to 5 percent vol/vol of a self-emulsifiable ester into a liquid to be sprayed. The self-emulsifiable ester is, for example, a trimer acid based self-emulsifiable ester produced by the polymerization of oleic and linoleic acids having a lipophilic backbone and an ester portion of the molecule containing both nonionic and anionic surfactant functionality.
