<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy management of an operation status of electronic data after distribution or moving.SOLUTION: A data management system, which is constituted by one or more information processing apparatus(es), performs a predetermined process on first data, and manages a history of operation on second data. The data management system includes generation means causing an operation management program for managing operation on data to generate the second data embedded in first data. If an external device performs operation on the second data, the operation management program controls the external device to notify the data management system of a content of the operation.</p> |
