<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling molten metal tapping amounts and molten metal distributing amounts that can control the molten metal distributing amounts by the holding furnace or by the factory including casting equipment and can measure molten metal tapping weights so as to control not only the molten metal distributing amounts but also the molten metal tapping amounts.SOLUTION: This method of controlling molten metal tapping amounts and molten metal distributing amounts is used for controlling the molten metal tapping amounts from a melting furnace 11 and the molten metal distributing amounts to a holding furnace 22 of casting equipment by using a molten metal distributing vehicle 30 that can travel between the casting equipment 21 and the melting furnace 11 and a molten metal distributing container 32 that is placed on the molten metal distributing vehicle 30 and can supply molten metal held therein to the holding furnace 22. Weights of the molten metal distributing container 32 before and after tapping and distribution of the molten metal are measured, and molten metal tapping weights and molten metal distributing weights calculated based on the measured weights are acquired. The plurality of molten metal tapping weights and molten metal distributing weights are stored to control the molten metal tapping amounts and the molten metal distributing amounts.</p> |
