FASTENING STRUCTURE OF CONTROL BOARD FOR METAL CASE OF IN-VEHICLE POWER CONTROL UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of suitably fastening a control board while reducing impact of vibration.SOLUTION: A fastening structure includes: a cylindrical part 14 provided on an inner surface of a PCU case 12; a nut 18 stored in the cylindrical part 14; a bolt 22 to screw the nut 18, and the like. The nut 18 includes a flange 19 in a base end. An O-ring 30 is placed on the flange 19, and is stuffed between an outer peripheral surface of the nut 18 and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 14. A mounting plate 32 is crimped in an upper end opening of the cylindrical part 14 to push the flange 19 to a bottom face of the cylindrical part 14 through the O-ring 30.
