PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power tool in which a power source for drive of a motor and a power source for a micro computer-mounted control circuit are compactly received in a housing.SOLUTION: An electric power tool comprises: a motor 3; a body part which receives the motor; a housing which has a handle part extending from the body part, one end side of the handle part being connected to the body part; an inverter circuit board 4 for driving the motor; a control circuit board 8 equipped with a micro computer for controlling the motor; an AC power cord 11a; a full wave rectification circuit 14 for converting an alternating current of a commercial AC power source into a direct current; and a power-supply unit 15 for converting an output voltage from the full wave rectification circuit into a drive voltage for the control circuit board. The inverter circuit board, the control circuit board, the full wave rectification circuit and the power-supply unit are received in the interior of the housing, and the full wave rectification circuit 14 is disposed on the other end side of the handle part 2b of the housing 2. |
