1. A compound having the formula:or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,wherein:
Y1 is —C(R5)2—, —CH2C(R5)2—, —OC(R5)2—; or —Si(R3)2—; Y2 is —C(R5)2—, —CH2C(R5)2—, —OC(R5)2—; or —Si(R3)2—; each occurrence of R1 is independently selected from H, C1-C6 alkyl, 3- to 6-membered cycloalkyl, —CN, halo, C1-C6 haloalkyl, —OH, —O—(C1-C6 alkyl) and —O—(C1-C6 haloalkyl), or two R1 groups that are attached to the same ring can optionally join to form a —(CH2)m— group, wherein said —(CH2)m— group can optionally have one or two of its —CH2— moieties independently replaced with an N or O atom, such that when two N or O atoms are present, they are not adjacent to each other; each occurrence of R2 is independently selected from H, halo and C1-C6 alkyl; each occurrence of R3 is independently selected from F, C1-C6 alkyl and —O—(C1-C6)alkyl, or two R3 groups that are attached to the same Si atom can join to form a —(CH2)n— group; each R4 represents from 1 to 3 optional ring substituents, which can be the same or different, and are selected from C1-C6 alkyl, halo and C1-C6 haloalkyl; each occurrence of R5 is independently selected from H, C1-C6 alkyl, 3- to 6-membered cycloalkyl, —CN, halo, C1-C6 haloalkyl, —OH, —O—(C1-C6 alkyl) and —O—(C1-C6 haloalkyl), or two R5 groups that are attached to the same carbon atom can optionally join to form a —(CH2)n— group, wherein said —(CH2)n— group can optionally have one or two of its —CH2— moieties independently replaced with an N or O atom, such that when two N or O atoms are present, they are not adjacent to each other; each occurrence of Ra is independently selected from H, C1-C6 alkyl, phenyl, 3- to 6-membered cycloalkyl and 3- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, wherein said 3- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl group contains one or two ring heteroatoms, each independently selected from N, O, S and Si. each occurrence of Rb is independently selected from C1-C6 alkyl, 3- to 7-membered cycloalkyl and 3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl, wherein said 3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl group contains one or two ring heteroatoms, each independently selected from N, O, S and Si; each occurrence of m is independently an integer ranging from 1 to 4; and each occurrence of n is independently an integer ranging from 2 to 5. |
