PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromechanical energy conversion device and industrial machinery, using a permanent magnet, capable of maintaining high coercive force, hardly generating magnetic field inversion.SOLUTION: A mover 3 includes 12-pole permanent magnets 301 to 312. The permanent magnets 301 to 312 are sintered bodies of a metal or an alloy, and are composed of a nano-composite structure of ferromagnetic phase and non-magnetic phase. The non-magnetic phase is an epitaxial growth oxide and exists at an interface of the ferromagnetic phase or in the ferromagnetic phase in a film shape or in a particle shape and performs deformation absorption effect against the ferromagnetic phase. |
