PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveler feeder for attaining energy-saving, by reducing consumption of air of an air cylinder mechanism for loading a rolling draft quantity on a plate material.SOLUTION: The leveler feeder comprises: a lower work roll arranged in a row in a fixing member; an upper work roll arranged in a row in a rocking member; the air cylinder mechanism for loading correction force on the plate material or releasing the plate material, by rocking the rocking member by air pressure of an air cylinder; a rolling draft quantity adjusting mechanism for adjusting the rolling draft quantity to be a bending quantity of the plate material; and a feed roll mechanism for holding and conveying the plate material. In the leveler feeder, in the rolling draft quantity adjusting mechanism for executing work roll opening-closing operation by using the air cylinder, an air pressure adjusting mechanism is provided to the air cylinder mechanism, for increasing-decreasing the air pressure of the air cylinder to air pressure corresponding to the required correction force linked with an increase-decrease in the adjusted rolling draft quantity of the plate material. |
