PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing or treating neurological disorders such as inhibiting neurocytotoxicity induced by amyloid-beta, inhibiting phosphorylation of tau protein in neurons, inhibiting neurite damage, and inducing expression of neprilysin in neurons and microglial cells; and a pharmaceutical composition therefor.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprises mesenchymal stem cells and a culture solution of the mesenchymal stem cells including one or more selected from the group consisting of activin A, PF4, decorin, galectin 3, GDF15, glypican 3, MFRP, ICAM5, IGFBP7, PDGF-AA, SPARCL1, thrombospondin-1, WISP1, progranulin, IL-4, a factor inducing expression of one or more thereof, and any combination thereof. |
