<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric imparted high resilient feeling, elasticity and rigidity.SOLUTION: A low melting point polymer 2 and a high melting point polymer 1 are melt-spun so that the low melting point polymer forms a fiber surface. The spun yarn is drawn and extended, and multifilament yarns obtained by binding conjugate type monofilaments are discharged from an air sucker to form a web. Staple fiber webs are laminated on both sides of the web, and staple fibers of both surface layers are integrally entangled with each other by carrying out a hydroentanglement treatment, and staple fibers of both surface layers are mutually entangled through the web of multifilament yarns. Then, a heat treatment is carried out and only the low melting point polymer is molten. The conjugate type monofilaments constituting the multifilament yarns lose the conjugate form by melting of the low melting point polymer to constitute a sea component 7. A part of staple fibers are buried in the sea component of a single filament yarn as a single filament yarn with a sea-island type conjugate cross-section having an island component of high melting point polymer in the low melting point polymer.</p> |
