PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum relay network system that does not require a substance quantum bit at all.SOLUTION: A quantum relay network system performs quantum communication between transmission and reception devices via a transmission repeater and a reception repeater. The transmission repeater prepares a quantum system group made up of a plurality of quantum systems associated with a transmission destination reception repeater in a connected quantum entangled state, and transmits a quantum system group made up of quantum systems which are in quantum entangled state with each of quantum system groups prepared in the connected quantum entangled state together with the quantum system groups prepared in the connected quantum entangled state to the associated reception repeater.
