PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a seal part which improves the yield of molding materials by adopting a cold liner and reduces molding unsuitability by adopting an air vent hole and secures dwell pressure application.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of producing a seal part by using a mold. The mold is provided with a structure which injects a thermosetting molding material from a gate consisting of a cold runner into a cavity and discharging a part of the injected molding material from the cavity into an air vent hole consisting of a cold runner. The gate is provided with a gate side valve, and the air vent hole is provided with a discharge side valve. The molding material is injected and partially discharged, with both valves in the opened state. Then, both valves are turned off, and the cavity is heated to harden the molding material in the cavity. |
